The bus program in Saigon is in fact really great (rather than way too tough to figure out if you just go up and down a lot of the main streets), and it’s an extremely inexpensive and Protected way to get close to city.San Art Laboratory is open up to the general public, but I'd personally only recommend browsing if you actually enjoy modern art
